My name is Owen Davies and I’ve been creating, setting up and repairing guitars for over 25 years. I also provide guitar tech services to professional musicians around the world and I have toured extensively with artists as diverse as Joan Armatrading, Westlife and Matt Cardle amongst others. 

I’ll be using this blog to reveal all the tips, tricks and techniques on how to set-up your guitar.  Hopefully I’ll be able to give you a more detailed and nuanced look into the intricasies of the craft than the usual glut of  YouTube warriors!

I’m based in Abergavenny, South Wales UK, I’m a skilled guitar technician and maker of hand crafted, individual guitars. I strive to supply the finest quality instruments to discerning musicians worldwide.

When I’m not working my magic on guitars I can be found training and competing in events like Spartan Racing and The Wolf Run.
